The company, Daisy Silk, advertised a top on the internet. I bought it. What they sent was NOT what they advertised. When I requested a return label (I also found this to be true with SlipintoSoft - another scam company), I was told they didn't have return labels so I should just send it back to them. When I requested an email saying they would pay in full my return, they refused. Same as SlipintoSoft. These fraudulent companies do this to make money. They send a different item than the one advertised. They refuse to guarantee a full refund (I never took the product out of the box). They make money by returning less money than I actually paid.
