I ordered 5 of the Daisy Bras. They didn't fit, they were too small. So instead of them sending me my refund, they suggested a bigger size. Of course I said OK, only because I really liked the bras. The new bra came and it was too big. So I proceeded to ask for my money back and they sent me an email saying "We understand that the replacement bra is not meeting your needs. We acknowledge that this bra features a seamless design, which offers less room for adjustment compared to conventional bras. We thank you for your understanding regarding our policy that no further compensation is possible for your initial order after providing a replacement. However, we would like to extend a 50% discount for any new purchases from our collection at LINK. You can buy as many items as you wish! The discount will be automatically reflected at checkout, eliminating the need for a promo code. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any additional support. Best regards, Rosie". I've contacted them again about my refund, no reply. So, I did a little investigation on my own. First of all, when I ordered the bras, I thought the bras were coming from GA. The website that they use says it is located at 770 Walnut Creek Dr NW, Lilburn GA 30047. Wasn't until after they were shipped, did I notice they were actually coming from Mainland, CN. So a little more investigation, I googled the address of 770 Walnut Creek and the address they use is a family home. It took 19 days for the bras to arrive, 9 days for the replacement. So now they say from the time the first order was sent, I'm over the 30 days for a refund and now receive a coupon. I want my money back and them taken down so no one else falls for this scam.
