I went to a website looking for deals in clothing and this “business” advertised name brand clothing for extremely cheap prices. I was familiar with some of the brands so I didn’t really question it. I also didn’t realize that it was coming from China until after the transaction and shipping details. I received email confirmation and so called “package updates” I continuously checked the tracking information because it was coming from another country, and there was a large order. I received daily updates about my package and when it showed that it was picked up by a local carrier in the United States, I immediately knew something wasn’t right. After 30 days of waiting, and reading the package updates I became angry. I reached out to the only contact that was given on their website, I received responses like “I’m sorry ma’am, we are a legitimate company and we send things to many people. The respondent went on to say that I could receive a refund or they could resend my items and expedite it. I chose to have it resent. What do you know, it’s April and I still haven’t received anything. They could not confirm that anything was ever delivered and then apologized for me not receiving my package. They said that it was lost during shipping. I told them what I thought about their shady business and taking advantage of people. I have since gone back to that website and there is absolutely nothing there. I noticed another website similar to the one that I was scammed by and I think this person or “they” are posting products that they never intend to give anybody. They need to be stopped whoever they are! They are taking money from hard working people who are just trying to save money. The other website that I think they’re using to scam people is: Bootbarnoutlets.shop
