Bought a $4.95 digital book & have receipt. Then noticed they took $39.99 out of my account; contacted them via email and demanded a refund ASAP. Initially, they weren’t going to refund, then wanted to give 30% refund and finally said they would initiate a full refund which I haven’t received.
