There was an ad on Facebook for a Father's Day gift bundle for a Cooling Solar Fan Hat which I purchased it through. Received email confirmation of purchase on 6/14/26 and new email the following day saying it had shipped. 5 days later the item hadn't arrived and there was no update on tracking so I reached out to their [email protected] email and have multiple email threads since then asking where it was, why it was constantly going back to the courier in Jacksonville, etc. It is now 9/17/26 and they have completely stopped responding to my emails and none of the tracking links they have sent now work, nor can I view my order via the link on my receipt. Now I am out $33.77 and have wasted a ton of time going back and forth with them on where my product was.

Order: 1699 was placed on June 16, 2026. Several attempts to reach the Merchant were neglected. I've requested a refund with negative results nor have I received this order.

Purchased fan on facebook from DailyDen July 10 and received a link to track orders but could never receive a tracking number. Apparently has been issues like delivery attempted, misrouted and cannot deliver. Still have not received item. Finally searched this company name and others have the same exact problem. Also find it strange that there is a message about disputing the charge in the order confirmation email

I ordered a kids microscope and got the runaround about its location. It got “misdirected, inspected, out for delivery, returned” so many times before I finally reported it.
