I received A phone call from a 1-726-800-6524. The person of foreign origin indicated they were from CVS pharmacy wanted to send me a stickless glucometer. my husband has diabetes. I asked for a phone number I asked for a name and a phone number so I could return the call. He started out with Henry 720. He went too fast. I told him he went too fast needed to slow down so I could call and verify who he was and the call Ended.

scamer called me and claimed to worik for CVS and informed that CVS was having a customer appreciation day and we are having a $100.00 give away. I went to CVS and there is no such thing,

got a call from someone claiming to be from cvs corporate name mr. mcgregor. saying they are tyring out new blood pressure machines and they can get me one for free and needed my information. i knew it was a scam and i told him that this was a scam and im not giving him no information. he said he was calling from TN and i told him that i dont give care! nobody from cvs would be calling me and the only reason i answered was because im the president of the neighborhood and sometimes the neighbors call. he said i shouldnt talk to him like that, i ask him who died and told him he the president, then hung up.

Caller recording say this is CVS with a prescription to ship you from your Doctor and they ask you for your information, so I called the number back the lady on the phone want me to give her my birthday ,what part of Medicare do I have part A,B or do I have part D and who is the card holder I told her that I would report her the number came up on my phone CVS 866-730-7569 I hung up on her she called back on a number that said CareMark480-314-8338 and said we got disconnected I said no we did not I know this is a scam and I will report you if your Doctor send a scrip to the pharmacy they already have all of your information she ensist on me giving her my information she could not tell me which Doctor or what medication , CVS is not my pharmacy!??
