We called Home Advisor and they referred us to a general contractor, Cutting Edge Construction. We trusted HomeAdvisor because they were ScamPulse.com approved. Needless to say Home Advisor was NOT helpful when we started having problems with Cutting Edge Construction not completing the jobs requested. Later we discovered that Cutting Edge Construction had not paid for any of our materials for our remodel. We also discovered that Cutting Edge Construction did not pay our electrician or our plumber. Cutting Edge Construction requested that we pay them down payments for materials, for our plumber, for our electrician. We then found out that Cutting Edge Construction had taken money from other clients and did not finish their jobs either. Therefore Home Advisor was fraudulent as well as Cutting Edge Construction.
