In November of 2023 I ordered matching pajamas from an email advertisement from Cutematch. The order number was #****. The order was for $99.96 minus a $15 discount (no taxes or shipping). So $84.96. My shipping address was Charlotte NC 28270 and my billing address was Osprey Fl. I WILL note we have a new credit card number than the one they have on file. It was for four Christmas Cute Cartoon Christmas Tree Prints top red w black and white plaid pants. What arrived was four matching pajamas of snowmen farting (stop laughing). I mailed them back to the address ($26) with a request for refund and return shipping fee since this mistake was on their company. I just ran across the email records I have and decided to register a complaint. In Jan 2024 my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I have had a hip and knee replacement. We are very fortunate to be able to concentrate on our health. I would prefer the business not get away with such a fraudulent action.
