Booked a flight with this company to Arizona in Sept for Nov. Got an email that the flight was cancelled and they could offer me another flight . That flight was more expensive so I refused and requested a refund. They sent me an email saying I would get my money back in one to two billing cycles. This was sent Oct 30 th. Jan 2nd 2024 no refund. Emailed and phoned, left message. No return email or phone call.

Thought I was buying airline ticket. He said my ticket was cancelled and I asked why and he said that the ticket went up a couple dollars? AND I NEEDED TO PURCHASE AGAIN. My expensive cruise leaves in 2 weeks and has really put me in a bind. There are many complaints so WHY CAN THEY CONTINUE? I don’t get - CRIME DOES PAY.
