I ordered 6 sets of press-on nails on January 4, 2025. By January 31, 2025 i had not received my package. I reached out and they sent me a screenshot of the tracking from 17 Track - a Chinese shipping company that said the item was still in transit. A few days later, suddenly the tracking updated with a bunch of stops in Texas, Chicago, Arizona and finally California. They say the item was delivered by the Post office on February 1, 2025. The Post office has no record of this, and I also have informed delivery to track my mail and packages delivered by the post office. Nothing was delivered by the Post office on this day. Whenever the post office takes possession of a partner delivery service package it is tracked. They are scammers. I contacted my credit card company with this information as well for a reversal of charges.
