I ordered some slippers and a tee-shirt from this fake company back on Feb.9th. I haven't received a package or a refund, after several attempts and emails trying to get one or the other. THIS COMPANY OR SCAMMERS NEED FOUND AND TAKEN DOWN. Thankfully, I only got ripped off for $22.43, but it still makes me very angry. I realize its easy to rip people off with online bull - and that THERE ARE SICKENING PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO MAKE A LIVING AT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF - THERE NEEDS TO BE A MUCH BETTER WAY TO PREVENT THIS STUFF. THEY INVENTED THE INTERNET AND TAKE A ROCKET TO THE MOON - SURELY THEY CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO STOP FAKE COMPANIES FROM BEING FORMED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. THE INTERNET IS AS BAD AS IT IS GOOD, AND I THINK ALL THESE INVENTORS OF THE NET KNEW THIS AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO TAKE MORE TIME TO MAKE IT SAFER BEFORE GIVING IT TO THE WORLD. NOW ITS A GREAT PLACE FIR THIEVES, LIARS, DRUG DEALERS AND HUMAN TRAFFICKERS - TO NAME A FEW. Like I said, there's alot of good, but I dont know if its worth how much bad the internet is filled with. I only lost $22.43. Some people have lost their lives, or their children. THEY NEED TO WORK HARDER AT GETTING THE NET AWAY FROM BAD PEOPLE. NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES OR WHAT IT COST. UNFORTUNATELY, THE WORLD HAS NO SHORTAGE ON DISGUSTING, EVIL CREEPS. AND IF I SEEM A LITTLE OVER THE TOP OVER $22.43 - IT'S BECAUSE ITS NOT "JUST" ABOUT THAT. AT ALL.

Curqual had a ad that was on social media that lead you to believe it was old navy you were placing order with. It had old navy logo. Once order is placed , a thank you for your order appears with name carqual . There's no phone number available for customer service. Then the emails begin thanking you for placing order, tracking information , wouldn't provide logistics carrier name who claimed delivered not once but twice,, when I noticed inconsistencies with logistics carrier data, i.e. delivered date & time were not even here yet, days away from any time zone in USA, I demanded refund. Then customer service emails began. Offering 40% of my total order for my frustration. Then they offered me 70% of order as my refund. I declined and demanded 100% refund, customer satisfaction guaranteed. Then emails started, every day, customer service is working hard to get refund processed, but I need to understand it takes 25 days to get processed and sent to my bank. Then the emails started saying I need to understand the process of refunds, refund volume requests, delays because of their high volumes of refunds . Being in customer service myself for 45 yrs, I educated them on refund process, and that in the USA we have consumer protection rights, and agencies that investigate consumer fraud. As well as credit card protection. Again email comes we're a reputable company and we will provide you with your 100% refund. It's going to take 15-25 business days. Everyday the same email is sent, everyday I have responded reminding them of the timeframe they provided, that their timeframe is dwindling down, I'm not going to just going to go away. I had screenshot original order placed on website, I went back to get url for this report and they had removed website. Yet their customer service continues to send emails be patient, were working on your refund. If there's no company, there's no customer service and definitely no refund. I have kept every email since February 28 2025 , last one received 04/26/2025. Today I have opened my eyes, I am taking steps to help aid my fellow consumers, BEWARE..

I am sorry glad to see someone who has tried so hard and kept such great records. These scammers at [email protected] will just open a new ripoff site, as we know. Something needs done. Make it harder to open a site that is selling anything. Make them produce REAL ids that are checked thoroughly, ids and selfie. Fingerprints - how about demanding those. Trillions of dollars are being stolen and something can be done. Even if it means more red tape, harder work and cost more money. Sickening, evil people are loving how easy the net has made business for them. We can go to the moon - surely we can make it much harder for these creeps to do business on the net. It costs lives too. They need to figure it out.
