Unfortunately this occurred during my first home closing. I had been communicating with all the realestate parties and individuals via email over the course of time during this transaction. This scammer (possibly Jeffery Myers) (still being investigated) intercepted emails and proceeded to take over the conversation with me leading to up to the day of closing a wire fraud transfer or almost 20k neither bank involved was able to resolve the matter in enough time this scammer created numerous llc , bank accounts and addresses to flip realestate in Texas and in New Jersey. I am in Pennsylvania I know computer scams are worldwide but after my own investigations I’m sure that this

Flipper has many fraud accounts claiming victims all over

The title company I was working with Keystone Closing Services stated when the incident occurred but after the fact that I was unfortunately scammed that their emails had been hacked prior to my transaction. Keystone Closing Services Works with Keller Williams and is also branched under another company

This became a ongoing federal investigation but no matter was ever resolved

I lost the money and the house in true transaction

The bank the fdic also did nothing to help the matter making sure

They legally have no blame which is understandable but no consumer protection at all

The scammer also has all of my identity which cost time and money to Restore
