I ordered custom products on Sept. 1 2023, she sent invoice and I paid via debit card through Shopify. I asked about my order via Facebook messenger in October and she said it would ship at the end of October. Never received any shipping or tracking info. Asked again in November and she said it would be a December order. Asked again about 2 weeks before Christmas and she said she didn’t know what size shoes I had wanted and the order was partially ready. I told her and she said they would ship by that following Friday and she would send tracking and shipping info. Again nothing. When I asked she would answer me vaguely and never a for sure answer. I told her I saw others were asking about shipping as well and she accused me of harassing other customers. One minute she was checking the tracking and then she couldn’t find anything and said she had closed her Shopify account. I asked for a refund and she refused. I told her I would go to my bank and she got upset. My bank couldn’t help me so I let her know and she basically said she was tired of dealing with me and accused me of wanting the product and a refund. I told her I didn’t want both but since I didn’t get my product I would like a refund. She refused. Told her I could take her to small claims court which made her more mad. She gave me her email address and told me the bank or Shopify could contact her there. I have since spoken to others who have had a similar experience.
