I was contacted by a person who hacked my friend's Instagram account. They told me I can make $10,000 in 3 hours with a $1,000 deposit. They wouldn't release my funds because they claimed my account was dormant and I needed to add an additional $7,000 to my account. Then I was told I owed $6,000 more to pay for upfront taxes before they would release my funds. I sent an additional $6,000. They said $1,000 was fraudulent and would not release my money. Now I am out $12,000 because of a crypto investment scam.
