She the biggest scam artist

For a couple of months I have been working with an agent named Alexa. She is actually very kind and has known how to guide me through the process, her advice is very good, she is perfectly qualified to complete the sales process.

I suppose It is different for everyone, and you have to be willing to continue with each deposit or tax applied, luckily I have been able to and I am progressing very quickly. I'm waiting for the sale process and after that I'll be done!

Very good service, I hope my comment is useful to someone, I can share my experience in more detail if you need it, i am aware it is very difficult to cancel a membership now days so you must be very patient above all!

I don't understand why people call a service they have to pay for fraud.

It makes me very angry that a company offers a good service and an excellent guide to solve a problem and for things like paying a fee that is mandatory they begin to stipulate that it is not real.

I worked with this company a couple of years ago and now my sister is going through the same thing, and again this company is guiding her in the best possible way.

I would recommend Creekwood to anyone who is willing to sell their membership!

How much of our money did they pay you to post this..

It took a while but i finally sold my membership!

There are people who expect to get the job done for free, but of course thats impossible. During the process there were certain complications and some fees i wasnt expecting but Alexa an other people i had the pleasure to work with are impressive profesionals in what they do.

i recomend that if you want to sell your timeshare give Creek Wood a try, everyone has their own experience and mine was so far good!

We Have been dealing with Creekwood trust to sell our time share since May16th, 2022. We were told that they would sell our timeshare at "Lifestyle Holiday vacations" for the amount of $57,000. Heather Powell from Creekwood trust contacted me first to tell me that they needed $7,100 to start the process and that we would receive the money back when we received the $57,000 from the sale. Then we were called by the Mexican IRS (SAT), ( which now I think was a part of the whole Scam) to tell us that because "Lifestyle Holiday vacations" was a Mexican held complany that we would owe taxes on the $57,000. We said no, no more money. After that I was "ghosted from Heather Powell and Creekwood Trust for about 3 weeks. Then another junior broker from Creekwood call me, a Monica Ruiz. She said that the $57,000 was sitting in a back in Mexico and the deal was complete expect for us needing to pay the taxes. We hold Her no, and we want a refund.
it is now September 8th, 2022. We have reached out by emails and calls over 50 times an have yet to hear a response. They have gone as far as to block my phone number and when I use another phone to call it only goes through once, just enough to say that Monica and Heather are both out to lunch, and then that phone number is blocked also.
We have been Scammed, and it started with us listening to and putting a down payment to "Galaxy Premier Club" vacations which is also part of the SCAM and has taken $7,850 from us and now will not answer phone calls and emails.

Please don't be like us, do not fall for this. this is an Elaborate well thought out SCAM.

We got scam out of 13,000 by Heather powell

I have been in contact with someone named Lorna from Creek Wood Trust to aid in selling my timeshare. the first process before they could purchase my timeshare for $68,000, as stated in the contract they sent me, creek wood required me to wire $10,000 to their bank, I wasn't quite certain as to why I would be making a payment. I made the payment anyways Then I was required to wire another $3,500 to Via crypto for the conversion of the $68,000 I made earlier. I also had to pay $4,000 to a company to get a referral to Creek Wood Trust. Creek Wood Trust said they would reimburse me the $4,000 but now I'm being told I need to make another payment of $1,000 to get my $8,000 back. I sensed this was a scam and I asked Lorna to tell the Creek wood Trust bank to return all the $68,000 back to my bank account. As soon as I said I wouldn't pay another penny, my phone number got blocked and my emails are not being responded to. I am in the process of filing an international complaint to investigate this company and hopefully shut them down debt like I am but before getting on with that I was able to meet a tech specialist who specializes in blockchain technology, I was able to send him my crypto payment details to creek wood trust to him and I kid you not I was able to recover $50,000 out of what I lost, creek wood trust converted my funds to crypto and it was able to be recovered through the help of this blockchain specialist if you need to contact him if you have issues from creek wood trust you can send him an email at: [email protected]. he is certified and can help. do well to contact him and get your money's worth.

UMMM is this snother scam. Kick us down while we're already on the ground why sobt you.

While on vacation in Mexico, I was approached and asked to attend a presentation. Durinng the presentation, I was told I could sell my (3 week timeshare) which is completely paid for, and would recieve $122,000 american dollars for it. I paid a deposit of $4,900 and was told that I would close on August 8th. Once the paper work was prepared in Memphis, I was asked to pay an additional $24,000. I would not pay it, (because I don't have that much money) I did pay an additional $4,000 on August 19th. Now my phone calls and emails are going unanswered. I will have to contact an attorney to get my money back but I am willing to do so.

They did it to us too scam the hell out of us

Do to covid I was not able to use my vacation membership and Creekwood helped me with the process of my resale. I was able to get back my investment it was a little complicated at first because I did not understand government laws in Mexico. But I finally was able to get more than what I invested in the timeshare. Thank you!

I have been working with someone named Alexa with Creek Wood Trust to sell my timeshare. Before they would by my timeshare for $42,000, as stated in the contract they sent me, they required me to wire $6,000 to a Mexican bank, not sure what this was for. Then they said I had to wire another $3,500 to a Mexican bank for the conversion of the $42,000 from pesos to dollars. I also had to pay $8,000 to a fake travel company to get the referral to Creek Wood Trust. Creek Wood Trust said they would reimburse me the $8,000 but now im being told I need to pay another Mexican bank $1,000 to get my $8,000 back. I asked Alexa to tell the Mexican bank to forward the $42,000 in pesos to my bank in CA and I will pay my bank the exchange rate or 4% not the 8% CWT is charging me. As soon as I said I wouldn't pay CWT another penny, they blocked my phone number and won't respond to my emails. I am in the process of filing an international complaint with the FBI to investigate this company and hopefully shut them down so no one will have to be left with $24,000 debt like i am!

Hello Lynn,
have they sent you any of your money back? I am having the same problem.

I am old and tired, the membership I bought more than 30 years ago is no longer a luxury I can afford. I no longer travel and I leave my house very few times, I am retired and therefore I could not continue paying a fee just for something that no longer benefits me.

I tried to cancel it at the place where I bought it but they asked me to go to the installation and many documents that I do not have at hand. I had given up but my niece helped me find a solution.

Thanks to the professional and efficient team of workers at Creekwood, I am in the process of being able to sell it and recover something of what I paid through all these years!

Easy
Effective.
Cheap.
kind.

A complete success and the best service. I don't think there is much to say, if you have a timeshare and want to sell it, you know that it is very difficult and they make you believe that it is impossible to achieve. They want you to pay maintenance fees for years and years, but here is the solution. Creek Wood Trust.

How long did it take to get your money? I fell like they ghosted me.

If you want to get rid of your membership like I did, I recommend this company 100 percent. It is well known that buying one is very easy, but when for certain reasons you can no longer pay for it or enjoy its benefits, it becomes an unnecessary expense. Luckily I was able to get rid of it, it's a tedious process but the result was everything I expected. Free of my timeshare thanks to Creek Wood Trust!

A couple of years ago I bought a vacation membership, I was very excited, I thought I was going to get a lot out of it and travel with my family, but two years ago my wife had a car accident that caused a couple of injuries to her right leg, so now traveling is a problem.

We only used the membership for the first year and it was costing me too much so I looked for a thousand ways to sell it and cancel it but none of them had been possible until I contacted Creek Wood Trust.

I was very well advised and they were very understanding with my problems. They were patient with me and gave me my time when it came to paying some fee and the necessary documentation for the sale.

I am very grateful to the entire team of this company.

After many years and many more failed attempts I was able to sell my membership.

I'm not going to lie, it was a process of months, many documents, phone calls and emails but it was completely worth it. They guided me very well in what the process consisted of and the possible payments that should be made if necessary.

There were a few but taking into account the amount of hundreds that I already invested in something lost it really is nothing, and anyways i was able to recover from it and even earn a little more thousands.

Very good attention and successful results.

I was one of those who no longer uses or simply doesn't want their membership, but never could sell it until i found this company. Creek Wood is the best option. I recommend them without a doubt.

The assistance: professional and clear...of course the process was somehow long and there where fees involved (like in any sale process) but in the end I will be able to recover my investment and more.

IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF YOUR VACATION PACKAGE THEY ARE THE ONE.

I want to announce and let everyone know that thanks to the amazing tream in Creek wood I was able to have my membership.

The cost is affordable and the amenities are excellent, I had seen many people sell theirs but I always thought that it would be very difficult to do it the other way around.

The process was a bit time consuming and I had to cover some expenses but in the end I succeeded. I am ready to vacation with my hole new timeshare membership!

Whenever I went on vacation they would sweeten my ear and it would fall again. I bought vacation packages that seemed to be very good but in the end like all USLESSSS! Surfing the internet I found CREEKWOOD, investigated and encouraged me to send an email.

Luckily for me they were able to help me. I didn't get all my money back, obviously; but if I could have a profit. Today I continue working with other memberships and I am so happy ...

Recommended for all those with the same problems as me.

So ths is my experience, last year i was recommended this company, I was looking for a good vacation program for my kids. I have never trusted these types of sites on the internet but there were few options so I decided to contact them.

Everything was fast and from the comfort of my home. My emails and calls were replyd very fast and efficent, they gave me a list of options and a variety of very attractive packages so i could choose what option was better for me.

The thing is we all had a wonderful summer, I totally recommend CREEK WOOD!
