Several representatives of Archer Legal contacted me by phone leaving threatening messages saying that I owed $5500 to Capital One for unpaid credit card debt. Told them that I had no unpaid debt to Capital One in that amount, and told them not to call me on this number again. I then told them that if they have documentation of the debt or any summons for "court" to go ahead and send it. After I told them not to call me on my phone again, I received another voice message from them for the same reason. I left a message on the contact number provided that I would be sending a complaint to the NC Attorney General and the BBB.
