They called my phone(im the daughter)asking for my dad, gave me his birthdate, last 4 of his social, and his address, stating they had personal documents from a law firm that had been sent and returned 3 times from my dads address. They gave me a phone number to call back with a case file # which my dad called back gave the case file number and the guy on the other end said can you hear me, then hung up the phone. I called back and a guy named mike answered and I stated my dad just called and went through the senario, and I told this mike guy this is a scam and im calling the police his response was "shut up lady and just go to court". I then hing up the phone.
