Advertisement on Instagram indicates that a Canadian business called "Harper's Boutique" is having a going out of business sale. Their website seems legitimate enough to get through an online purchase and even though they claim to be "100% Canadian", the ordered items are delivered from China. In that sense, I'm sure they would argue that it was not a scam, however, they claim to have a 30 day refund policy which there is no way to use. The contact information only lists an email address "[email protected]" which is misconfigured and all emails sent to that address are rejected by the server. Closer inspection reveals that they have stolen the look and feel of the business site from one or two other legitimate businesses with similar names. https://harpers-boutique.co.uk/ is running the exact same scam but with slightly better optics. Check the refund policy for "** ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE." to see that something is fishy.

They are selling what they offer, but they are not a legitimate business from where they claim to be and they do not support their sales in any way, shape, or form. Buyer beware.
