Ordering from cosmos and their affiliates is a very big mistake. No credit card payments accepted was a dead give away. But their prices are so good it entices you to proceed with purchase.you place the order then they cant ship or honor the price unless you buy a larger quantity, Now the quantity is too large for the shipper to ship unless you purchase a $200 insurance. They claim they will give you a refund after you pay the extras have the ammo shipped and then tell them you are not satisfied with product. The worst part the ftc is not help full and neither is the local police department. This why Cosmos continues to operate. They know nothing happens to stop them. I guess I can kiss my $650 goodby.

Ordered 500 rounds of 223 and 9mm. Seemed like a good price total bill approx 700. Called back and they told me it was on hold at shipping. That I needed a ffl. Ask for money back and they refused. They still will not ship ammo. This company is as dirty as they come. One big scam! Do not trust them or order anything from them.

Ordered 9mm ammo then asked for tracking# .Did not get anything. Called the cc and they credited my card . Them they called pay pal they said it was delivered and recharged my card when i got nothing.
I tried to contact them at Cosmos and the person that does the billing emailed me good luck trying to get your money back..
Till this day got nothing..
Then my girlfriend got an email from J.Woods telling her to call paypal to stop the investigation in to them at cosmos because she is ruining his f..king business..
So it has not been fun dealing with them..
And all i wanted was a tracking # to follow where they were..

I place an order with Cosmos Ammo on April 24th. For 9mm for 275.00. Plus shipping i thought was a good deal now i am fighting to try to get my money back.. The CC called pay pal they said it was shipped. I called cosmos to get a tracking # . They changed the phone # and name of the company.. Still got no where...
DO NOT ORDER FROM COSMOS AMMO EVER...

Wow. I'm really glad I decided to check if it was a scam bc the method of payment was really fishy. I was just about to make the same purchase $275 for 1000rds of 9mm. Upon checkout, you select how you want to pay and it never prompted me to log in my account. Then they "invoice" you with someone's personal email address and use zelle/venmo and some others for direct payment. Then contact them when payment is made. I've never had to do all of that for a legit secure transaction. So I Googled them just to make sure before sending payment. SOOOOO glad I did! Many many Thank you's for the complaint! And sorry it happened to you, as well as still having no ammo.

This scammer created a website which purportedly sells ammunition at reasonable prices. I attempted to purchase 1000 rds of ammo for $275 and noticed that the only 3 accepted payment methods were Zelle, CashApp and PayPal. All PayPal payments were to be made through friends and family. After sending the payment via PayPal, the seller informed me that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. The refund has not occurred and I was required to dispute the transaction with a bank. I have yet to receive a refund.

Definitely a scam. Bought the same ammo before seeing your post. Need to get them shut down.
