Patty from Core Mediation phone 609-349-7671 some how has accessed all phone numbers from my husband's phone and calling them. She states there legal action against my husband for a pay day loan. I think his phone was hacked by them. She won't give any information unless we verify the social security number.

I got a call from some lady named Sean that she was calling from Mediation Dept from the Core Mediation Group about either my son or ex husband that a complaint was filed against him and they wanted to get his side of story and if no call back they would forfeit future rights and a claim would be filed against him. If its about my son he is a college student and doesn't work or owe money besides school loans so they are full of crap.

This company just called me and threatened to serve me for a payday loan from 2015. They were extremely rude and would not give me any information and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said no I am the supervisor and you will only deal with me. I told him I am not paying and he said he would have me served at work just to embarrass me.

These people kept calling and leaving voicemails claiming that they were collecting a debt. When I finally called back a lady answered but did not use the company’s name or told me that the phone call was being recorded. She had my Full social security number alleging that it was tied with my current phone number which is a lie. I never had any lender debt associated with my current number. Then she claimed that they were with Core Mediation Group which she said was “accredited with the BBB” which is not! When I told her that she claimed “we are registered not accredited, but sir do you see if it states that we are a scam?” Lastly they charged my card and even called me back to give me a confirmation number. Asking me to accept the charges if my bank security team reached out to me! Threatening to send me to their legal processing group. Seems to me like they somehow bought old lender information and managed to find my new number. Be careful and do not share with these people any information. They are very rude which should be an easy indicator of the shady operation. They use an Illinois number or Florida number. Claiming that their offices are in Florida. Fake numbers and you’ll never be able to reach them again.

Call on the phone from restricted number. Concerning a Payday loan was told it was a law suit against me and it would be dropped if I set up a payment plan. Asked for information about the company was told my paperwork was in the courts so it would not be filed on my credit report after requesting documents. The person on the phone was very abusive saying that he would have me be served at my job. The guy knew personal details about me such address, last four digits of the social security number. He went by John Barrir. Uncertain about the spelling. He set up a fake payment plan. So I had to go and close my account related to this
