It was delivered on June 26, 2021. My phone had a drop from the height of 80 cm. and suffered two damages - according to the first two photos.
I have tried numerous contacts with the cooldayshop representative (MORNINGFAST MEDIA LIMITED) but they claim that the date of receipt is too old, therefore, it has lost the warranty.
How could this, if I received the product on 06/26 and sent my first complaint on July 5th? Between those days only nine days have passed and the warranty is 14 days.
At no time did they present any proof of the date of my receipt, that is, their information was unfounded.
So much so that they proposed to pay 10USD to ship another piece. (photo 3)
Annoyed, I decided to accept. What was my surprise when I received instructions to access a link, (photo6) that corresponded to a carrier, to buy 10 spaces on the ship for 1 USD each and then send it to MORNINGFAST to send me a new product! I do not accept this proposition and demand a refund of my money without fail.
