When I bought a package after my first appt through affirm, they cancelled my appointment twice, a half hour before I was scheduled and would not contact me back to reschedule. I then asked for a refund and they kept saying they are waiting for the higher ups to perform the action. It's been over a month now and I am paying in a package I did not receive. I'm A****** I have contacted them several times and they will not get back to me. The email does not work and it is a personal cell phone they are using.
