Want me to tear off there roof and replace with new roof. I looked up the property and the name i was given did not match the true owner of the property.

This person wanted a new roof, he wanted to send me an extra 5,000.00 because his plumber didn't have a bank account. So i was to take 5,000.00 and meet someone at the job site, i looked up the property and this person didn't own the property, i told him i didn't want to pay his plumber and that his name was not listed as the owner, that was the last i herd from that guy. He also wanted to pay though my quick books, but if you look online quick books will say its paid even when its not paid. So there are alot of complaints about how quick books is handling the payment process. And from the sounds of the complaints they have done nothing to try and correct the problem.

I received a text message wanting me to tear off there existing roofing and put a new one on. This person didnt get far because ive been contacted by multiple scammers over the last 2 weeks. I looked up the property and the name they provided did not match the ada country records. I questioned them about this and they said they were going to buy the house. I also reached out to the realtor working with the seller, and they had no idea who this person was.
