I purchase a lotto ticket online from Congalotto.com for only 12.00 , but the next month they had taken off more from my back account which is Brinks and go under the name of Top L Service Shenzhen CH and saying clothing , my credit card company did not refund my money back to me and did nothing to this company , I will be changing credit card companys . You guys need to report them to a higher organization and get them shut down online so they cant keep doing this .
