Credibilis LLC is a credentialing and billing company. This company assists therapists to be paneled or credentialled with insurance companies so that therapists can accept that insurance for payment of services. They did not take any personal information but did ask for wire transfer through First National Bank in PA. I have called 2 dozen times, emailed several times, and texted staff members who were to assist me. No responses. The money was wired 8/16/2023. Confido RCM LLC is to whom the payment is made as they are partnered in this business. I have reached out to both companies numerous times.
