Product listings show potentially AI generated images of high quality looking clothing. Specific products I purchased indicated embroidered linen / cotton. What was actually delivered was extremely low quality polyester fabric with with fake linen and embroidery patterns printed on one side only. Back side of fabric was white. "embroidered" patterns were printed on rather than actually embroidered. Customer service has been responsive but evasive about issuing refund. They initially offered a discount to buy more of their garbage products and insisted I would have to pay for return shipping to China if I returned the product.

The item I received from Comstylish was not as pictured and the size was too small.

I contacted the support email the day I received the item to return and receive a refund. All I ever get is the same email that wants me to keep the item and give me a discount on another item. This is a scammer, Do not buy from them.

This website is a scam. Items are never sent. Nobody responds to emails or calls. Online it appears this is a known scam site, nobody receives the items they pay for.

I ordered a sweatshirt off the Comstylish site. When the item arrived weeks later it was nothing like what was advertised. The material was not cotton but rather an awful synthetic. The color was not a soft grey but rather a lavendar. The shape was completely different (not the style shown in the photo). There was nothing about this item that was attractive or I would have purchased had the photo represented the item sent. This company is completely fraud. They use photos they find off other sites and then try and have the item made as a knockoff using inferior material and not matching the photo they advertise. Do not buy from this company.

ordered 3 shirts from the Comstylish website on 11-21-24. Received the shirts on 12-14-24. Items received were not as expected, shirts looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I sent a request for RMA immediately, but have not received a response. I tried calling the number listed on the website, 1-513-443-5372, however, I get a constant busy signal.

Order number vg00199275. I ordered online some sweaters for Christmas they were embroidered and had jewel embellishments. When I received the items they were completely different made of cheap plastic material with pictures on them instead of actual things. The quality is so bad I cannot even donate them. They are not allowing me to return them or get my money back. Buyer beware and I need help getting my money back

This appears to be a fraudulent company that advertises clothing that does not match descriptions (e.g. fiber content). There is no address on the website, only a "support" email address to which I have been emailing for weeks. Very few responses to my repeated emails that only offer discounts on future orders.

I ordered a black sweater with rhinestone studded skull from their website. What I received was a polyester pull over with a picture of a skull on it. They do not have a phone number to call customer service. They have an email address so I emailed them 2 times before they responded...and only then after I had posted negative reviews. I like some other unfortunate customers wanted the return address to return the product that was not what I ordered. After multiple contacts/emails they still will not give me a return address. The last email they sent said the address was China and would I just accept a 30% off discount on a future purchase. I told them I did not want anything else from their company as they misrepresent their products. I asked again for the return address and I have not received a response. I do not want others to fall prey to their "bait and switch" tactics. If you look on their website their merchandise looks very nice. What they send you is another story entirely. They publish on their website that they will accept returns if merchandise has not been worn etc. However, they refuse to give you the return address.

The website displayed Icelandic sweaters. With wool materials. However, I received cotton jackets with no wool materials and printed design. In addition the size of xxl was small.

I ordered what I thought was a sweater from this online company. Three weeks later I received an incredibly inferior product that was supposed to resemble the picture on line. It was not even close. The company will not give me a return address to send it back. They finally responded to my request to return the item (by email), stating that it is too expensive to return the item to China and offered a 20% off coupon. When I said I do not want another product, they offered a 30% off coupon. They will not provide a return address. I realize it was only $31.00, but I do not want others to fall into this trap of getting an extremely inferior product and then having to throw it away. What a waste! It is not even worthy of giving the item to someone in need. The item is attrocious! The "company" is a scam. I am watching my credit card bill closely to make sure they do not use it illegally. Thank you.
