They called saying I had a credit card debit from 15 years ago. They would settle for less. They also stated that if anyone came after me after I paid this that I should tell them to “kick rocks”. That was her EXACT words! A legit debt collector or law firm would never say those kind of things! She said paying the fees right then with her it would put a pause on me getting papers served the very next day possibly. Her name is Jennifer. My bank flagged it as fraud and when I called to ask for the money back to make my attempt to get it back Jennifer stated “ you know you owed that debt”. I had already called the bank where they said this account was from and there was no such thing on my file for any card. When I called Jennifer out for being fraud she hung up on me. After all that, my bank has investigated it and Jennifer found out that the bank has done this and getting my money back, Jennifer called my work then stating she was filing fraud charges against me since I signed their BS documents! She said she was going to serve me papers. The said ple[censored]d and placed me on hold so I hung up again over a month later! She is harassing me at my workplace! The website is not legit either. Be very careful! These scammers are getting clever and ruining people’s lives!

I recieved a call from this "Law Firm" this morning stating i was being sued for a auto from 21 years ago. The vehicle in question was setteled on a bankruptcy years ago. The lady on the phone asked to verify my social which i refused to do. then she verified my identity using my DOB. This woman had information on my Ex wife and her husband as well. She sent me a link via Text and took my email address to send me documents. As of yet I havent recieved an email. I did use the link and was presented with. Docusign type of form. It was an acknowledgement of debt and a settelment offer. I didnt sign and started researching. After calling various state agencies i discovered that the Lawfirm is not a registered buisness. Then further discovered this entry in the BBB. My next step will be to contact the CA Atty. General.

A person from this phone number called me stating that I owed money from a car loan. Stated if I did not pay them $6885 but they would put a lien on my house. I gave them my email address where they emailed me an agreement that I can pay by credit card. After doing some research I realize this was a scam.
