Purchased a pair of shoes for $80.00. Shoes were uncomfortable. I tried to return the shoes, but they offered a 20% refund for the shoes and not the entire $80.00 because of the cost of material. And I should wear the shoes for 45 days to help shoes adjust to my feet. They refuse to give me an address as to where to send the shoes.

Hello,

I placed an order through this site that I saw advertised on Facebook. The order was for a pair of shoes. I received an order number which is OW1454046. I received the shoes, but they were too small. I looked into the website information to return them. However, the only available option was to send an email to the company’s support number. I have had a back and forth conversation with someone who claims that the return cannot be made instead a 30% refund can be given. They stated in the email they sent to me, “Can I offer a 30% refund for the order? For us, it would be a shame and a waste of material if we were to dispose of it after we inspect it.” This was a very interesting response as many companies take returns and do not state that it is a waste of material if they dispose the shoes. There would not be anything for them to dispose of since the shoes were not worn. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Purchased a pair of shoes from ComfortWear on their website since it states 100% money back guarantee and advertises Free returns and exchanges. Received the shoes about 3 weeks later, tried them on and I could barely get my foot in them, then they were extremely uncomfortable. I sent an email to [email protected] asking how to return the items as they did not fit. They responded asking me to send photos of the shoes and the sizing. I did all of that and they claimed they shipped me the size that I ordered, I explained that even though they shipped the size I ordered they did not fit as I have a high arch and could not get my foot in the shoe. They responded and said they could only offer me a 30% discount for hygiene reasons they could not accept the shoes as a return. I advised that I had a sock on and did not wear the shoes for more than a minute and therefore no hygiene issues and I didn't want a 30% discount, I wanted an address to return the shoes for a full refund. The second response was that my options were to accept the 30% discount and donate the shoes or get a credit for a different pair on their website. I searched their other shoes and did not find anything that I liked. Sent back another response that I just wanted to return the shoes and nothing from them since. They are a complete scam and misleading on their website by saying 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and hoping I can get my money back. Thankfully it was only $60.

Saw ad through FB but went to direct website. Deal for nurses was 2 pr shoes for 1 price. 45 day money back guarantee. When the shoes arrived they were not orthopedic and way too small. I completely customer service info request (name, email, ph) for exchange. Got run around about offers in lieu of exchange- no refunds. Was then offered special gift care which I could use to purchase new pair and “pay the difference”. Asked for clarification and in reply was told I can donate to Salvation Army (link included) or other donation center, submit donation ticket to the scam company and they may then initiate refund policy. -I chose none of them based on reviews, and fact that it’s clearly a scam with click bait links to God knows what corrupt place.

I filed complaint with ScamPulse.com and will file a complaint with my bank regarding fraud from sham company.

The website says 45 day risk, free return, or your money back guaranteed unfortunately you not get your money back at all whatsoever they give you the runaround and try to offer you other offers to appease you. I’ve had three emails with them asking for my money back and they keep saying, though that they’ll give me a discount on other shoes. I do not want other shoes. I just want my money back it’s false advertising.

I ordered shoes for my job because I stand all day. This business advertised these Ortho shoes for people who work all day. I ordered two pairs of shoes and a pair of compression socks that were a part of the deal. I got the shoes for $125.00, because they were on special deal. I paid for the shoes, I was notified that they were going to send me a verification request for my address to make sure it was correct. So when I didn’t get the verification message I figure everything was fine. About 7 days later I didn’t get them. My tracking number wasn’t right, I call my local post office no luck there either. When I notified them they said it wasn’t there problem because the shoes were sent and delivered already. I told them they were not sent to me. So they sent me a pic of where the shoes were delivered and I told them that wasn’t where I lived. And now they won’t talk to me all. By the way I live at the Extended Stay Hotel, the pic I received was from a business that I don’t recognize, it is not the Extended Stay Hotel.
