Comfort Global Shipping Puppy Scam -

I want to share my experience with a scam while attempting to adopt a puppy from a Facebook group called Brenda Shelties Puppies for Adoption. After I had paid $700 for the puppy, Comfort Global Shipping contacted me and requested an additional $500 for a carrier and $700 for insurance. Unable to pay these fees, I received threats about pet abandonment and potential legal action. Out of concern for the puppy, I spent an extra $350. Despite this, Comfort Global Shipping continued to add charges, including a final $250 for care and an unexpected $500 for a "state permit." Ultimately, I canceled the adoption since I never received the puppy and returned the Pet Transfer Certificate to the breeder, Brenda D. I informed both Brenda D. and Comfort Global Shipping that I would report the situation to the FTC and BBB as fraud, request the deletion of my personal information, and request a refund of my money. This was one of the most distressing financial experiences of my life.

I was scammed out of 300 dollars while trying to adopt a puppy from a facebook group. The lady who was supposed to be the breeder as well as the shipping company both pressured me for more money, about 800 dollars more. After realizing I was going to be scammed I blocked their numbers and the lady banned me from their facebook group.
