Scammers! Made a purchase and paid using PayPal. Needles to say I call, they assured me my package was on its way. (BULL). Never got it and sent endless emails. Why can’t Facebook vent these companies?

I have asked for a refund and to speak to a supervisor /manager which they replied they didn't have any or a number to reach anyone. I am really upset! does anybody have pictures of the bras that they received? I'm in the middle of a dispute and its not going my way because from my description it isn't "significantly different" from the sellers description. I had to ship the items back in order to get a refund and after I shipped them back they denied my refund since it wasn't significantly different and now I have no proof of what I received versus what I ordered. So I need pictures of the bras that were received so I can argue my case! I ordered what looked like high impact sports bras for $49.98 and received bras with what looked like panty hose material. No support whatsoever and looked like something my grandmother would wear.

I ordered 2 Bras on 04/24/20 and never received the order #12412. I paid $49.98 and when I tried to email them it came back saying it didnt exist. It show a store when you click on it there are products you can order. Not sure why they are able to continue scamming people. Something needs to be done. How can I get a refund for my order.

I placed an order for 2 bras in April and received a confirmation, but no product or shipping information.
Their Facebook page no longer exists, the customer service email does not exist.
I will have to see if PayPal will refund my $$.

Purchased 2 bras totaling $49.98 on April 24 and the amount was deducted from my account on April 25.
I tired contacting company and sent me to Shopify. The address for contact was unknown and the payment to my account from AllwayTech Wan Chai HkHk where I found information about the company being a scam from many customers.
