I placed my order on March 1st and received a confirmation email shortly afterward. The email stated that shipping would be via Priority Shipping (3–5 business days). I assumed there might be an additional 5–7 days for processing before shipment. On March 25th, I reached out via email to inquire about tracking information, as I was preparing to move in a few days. I specifically noted that if the item was not being shipped via USPS, it would not be forwarded to my new address. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

I’ve also noticed that comments on the business’s page appear to be heavily moderated—any mention of delayed or missing orders seems to be quickly removed. As of today, April 7th, I still have not received my order, nor have I received any reply to my inquiry.
