TOTAL SCAM - PHOTOGRAPHERS BEWARE

They offer a cheap product, which includes a 10 free trialmembership. They say that if you cancel within the trial period they will not charge your card. WELL THAT'S NOT TRUE, I cancelled within 3 days of a 10 trial period and still got charged 45$ for membership. When I complained they told me they don't give refunds and that it clearly states that I would becharged. 3 days in a 10 day trial period and still get charged. I believe this is bordering on fraud. It is certainly immoral for acompany to do a 'smash and grab' on your bank account, particularly when it states clearly you can cancel within the trial period, which I did with 7 days to spare. Initially I did not get my login details until the 21/05/2023, I got an error on the website. They were obviously (supposedly) having problems with the site and they had to send me an email with my login details.Although I joined on 18/05/203, I didnt get my login details 21/05/2023 at 09.23 and I sent my FIRST cancellation email on 25/05/2023 at 14:46, cancelling well within the trial period. Also my SECOND email on 30/05/2023 at 09.28 that I again cancelled my subscription within the 10 day period, infact 9 days and 5 seconds. So they had no excuse to 'raid' mybank account, which they did on the 29/05/2023, which is 8 days after I got access to the members area. So the fact that I did not get access from the 18th to the 21st is irrelavent and cannot be used as an excuse for their attack on my bank account. As yet they have not confirmed that my subscription has been cancelled, neither have they given me a refund. This is an immoral, fraudulent company scamming hard working photographers and hobyists, who are all finding condition tough at the moment. And you get, I believe, criminal companies like Cole's Classroom rampantly robbing honest people. I want my subscription cancelled immediately and a full refund issued without argument or without trying to be evasive.

I have the same experience as the other user. I purchased a guide online for $1.00. I did not sign up for their monthly service however I began being charged automatically $49.00/month. It's now been 4 months ($196) and I have emailed them many times, filed a BBB complaint, and I have yet to be refunded my money or even have my account cancelled.

I purchased a photography guide on Oct. 26 for $3 when I received a Facebook ad. There were options for to upgrade to a full classroom for $1. I didn't select that option. I received numerous emails from the company, one with login information for their free classroom. I never logged and there was no mention of a free trial or membership.

On Nov 4 I was charged $49 for a membership. I never signed up for a membership and have contacted the company with no response. In their billing section, it says that I have a free account and I'm unable to cancel my supposed membership.

These is a scam, and they are illegally used customers credit cards to line their pockets and giving you no way to cancel or get a refund. I will be cancelling my credit card in order to not be charged. This is completely corrupt and the company should be investigated for scam and fraudulent credit card payments.
