Placed order for Coldwater Creek clothing ad on Facebook 10/28/2023. Did not know until order placed items were coming from Hong Kong. Received confirmation email of order 10/29/2023, stating charge would appear on credit card statement as dandelioncc. Amount was charged to my account that date. Received email notice of shipment 10/31/2023. Had difficulty with tracking # provided and had to make contact with seller to verify. Finally got through tracking and followed no progress for over a week. Received notice on 11/16/2023 package was delivered. It was not. In over 10 emails with seller, tracking service and logistics provider they still insist package delivered, then saying they shipped a pair of expensive sunglasses in error, also not received. I realized too late this is a scam. Warned others on Facebook, ad no longer appears. Could have been more costly. Lesson learned.

This was a Facebook ad. I ordered from what I thought was Coldwater Creek. I got an e-mail from a different company and a tracking number. When I tracked it it said it was delivered. They then said to check with my neighbors and post office. They would not resolve. It became obvious it was not Coldwater Creek and instead a scam.

I placed an order with a retail outlet I have preferred before. I now realize it’s an imposter website. My credit card is on lock to gauge the purchase.

I ordered a skirt for $100 and they sent me an ugly shirt that was worth like $10. When I called to report and get my refund they said they no longe had my size and I had to return the shirt and wait 3-4 weeks for a refund. The refund never came. I called after 5 weeks and they confirmed that they received the shirt but never sent the refund. They told me they will send a refund but it will take another 7-10 days. I am still waiting. It is a total scam. I went online and you could still order the skirt in my size.

Coldwater Creek is an online women's clothing store. The sell clothes online as 'in stock'. When you place the order, the item does not arrive. The website keeps pushing back the shipping date. I ordered on Dec, 19, 202, and the shipping date is extended a week every time I check. I called customer service, and was told the items I ordered are on backorder. I never received a notification from them. I asked to cancel the order, they said "the order cannot be cancelled. This is a scam, putting clothing in a store that are not in stock, and then refusing to cancel the order.
