Really a scam

There are tons of reviews on Web by supposed legitimate sites and sources that extoll how great the free service of CocoFinder is. These reviewers claim you get a ton of information for free. BS! It always directs you to a pay site or page. It provides nothing, nada, no info. No way to contact them. Supposed owner some tech company in China. Stay away.

It's scary to see so many Positive Headlines -- that are all actually out of Africa

Horrible experience with trying to get names removed. It's impossible, although you will find 80+ positive reviews of the company on Google! It's wild, to see what backs-up this company...goes to show that we had best start looking far and deep behind what's "behind" things.

Cocofinder publishes personal information with no way to request removal

Sensitive and private information are present on this website. There is no way for victims or stalking or identity fraud to ask removal of their data from this site.
Emailing the address they publish ([email protected]) leads to no answer.
The company address they publish in their terms of service is incomplete (CocoFinder, 4714 Filbert Street, PA 19034) and no Filbert Street in Pensilvania exists with a house number of 4714. Which might mean that the address is fake.

No way to remove your profile; there are instructions provided in the how-to, but there is no button or any option to do so.

This fraudulent site has personal information on many, many people. They are posing as a data broker site. Their opt-out page does not work, and their e-mail address is INVAILD. Not only has CocoFinder targeted individuals, it has targeted businesses as well. I have contacted Instant Checkmate, BeenVerified, Intelius, People Finders and Truth Finder to report that they are also on this CocoFinder site. They say they are not affiliated with CocoFinder. There is no way to contact CocoFinder because their e-mail is invalid. Here is a random page from CocoFinder with John Smiths.
