I called a number (the first google ad number listed for COBRA services) to receive information about my COBRA enrollment. I was transferred to this person/company/scammer. They told me that my company stopped paying for my Health Insurance Enrollment halfway through the month of January. They said my employer paid $500 but in order to receive health insurance I needed to pay the remaining balance on my account. The balance was $400. They asked for my name and address and tried to get me to pay over the phone. They said my account would not be active and I would not receive health care. They sent me a text and email link and tried to get me to make a payment through there while on the phone. I refused. I then got ahold of my COBRA paperwork with correct phone number and they said my health insurance was still active and paid for and nothing to worry about. This company is clearly a scam and has taken money from people and will continue to under the guise of providing health insurance.
