Purchased a large tent from Amazon that did not even have holes manufactured so we could assemble. As I was trying to rectify the situation, it became clear they sent a bunk label in order to avoid allowing us to ship the item back so we could get the proper credit. Company jerked us around for over a week and it became very clear to me that they were doing this on purpose to save money. It was finally resolved but only because Amazon stepped in and gave an automatic refund. I reported them as frauds to amazon too but we need to rid the U. S. of these scam companies.
