Scammed as well!

My team and I also invested $25K in his Turnkey methods. He was someone we trusted because of his military background. His powerpoint presentation was immaculate and gave us a false narrative that he really knew what he was doing. I have personally been in contact with atleast 20 other people who have also been scammed by his antics. Please stay away from him and his business strategies no matter how good it sounds.

Coach Cav (Alvin Cavalier) is a 'So-Called" turnkey Airbnb investor. He will give you a PowerPoint presentation on how his company takes the leg work out of the Airbnb industry. He will post videos showing his company staging these properties in different locations all over the United States. My partner and I invested $25,000 on a turnkey property and was told it would take about 2 months before it was ready. We didn't receive any progress pictures of the property or anything. After the two month deadline his communication slowly faded away. We were left high and dry. We've been constantly trying to contact him but our emails, text messages and social media were left ignored. I want to advise everyone of this before you get scammed. Please stay away from Coach Cav(Alvin Cavalier) for any investment strategies.

This has also happened to me, but instead I invested much earlier. Currently I am stuck with paying rent for an Airbnb that is not turning. How are you progressing forward with this?
