I am receiving 3 to 4 text messages a day from phone short code 40158 telling me to call about a $40,000 loan.

I never requested a loan or information from this company.

The text reads, "This is Alexis from CNFI USA. I saw your loan request come through and it looks like you're pre-approved for $40,000 perfect for simplifying your finances. Are you available to discuss now? reach us at (844)699-3623

I have been inundated with calls and texts from various organizations claiming I have been pre-approved for a loan. I have not applied for any loans. This one is from "Alexis" at CNFI (844.699.3623) who claims I requested a loan for $40,000. This is untrue and these are clearly scams.

Received following text message where asterisks represent my first name;

"Hi *****, this is Alexis from CNFI USA. I see that you recently requested a loan for $50,000. I was able to get your pre-approved. Do you have a few mins to discuss next steps? You can also reach us on (844) 699-3623. Text End to opt out"

Constant texts pretending to be a loan company to set up time to finsh reviewing loan application that was never started for up to $25000
