Horrible experience! Never received my jacket! No refund! No answer!

I ordered a hoodie in july and never got confirmation that it was shipped nor did I get a tracking number or anything of the likes. I have tried several times to contact customer support but they just say things like “thank you for your patience” and don’t actually adress the problem. They’ve stopped responding me 11 days ago when I asked for a refund.
3 months so far and haven’t gotten my order

On July 21 I ordered a jacket (75USD) that my husband wanted. It marked from 10 to 17 business days until the shipment was made. It's October 11 and it's still appearing as "Unfullfilled." Obviously I wrote to customer service since July, and the only thing they answer is that they are sorry, they say "thanks for your patience" and they argue problems with their warehouse and go from "it's almost out" to "give us 10 days to update the status". I was offered a coupon which of course I did not take (if I was already scammed once, I will not fall 2 times). I'm still waiting for them to notify me of some date, but I think it's a SCAM and I already lost the money.
Even their IG account no longer exists and the FB page is misleading (they have 2, the one that is linked to their website where you don't see anything and another with more followers and likes that I found later). What I have found until today is that their clothes come from China (perhaps it has that to do with delays) and that on many occasions they do not arrive or arrive with poor quality.
Take care and do not buy with them!
3 months without seeing my order in transit.

Bought something over 2 months ago, it has never come, I never received tracking info, and their customer service just keeps saying it's coming but it is not, and they also refuse to cancel transactions even if your item hasn't even been sent yet. They take your money and don't care if you get anything at all. Stick with American companies.

Total scam. I purchased 2 dresses through their subsidiary Sarah Ashley, stated delivery time was 5-7 days. I reached out the next day to confirm my order (I didn’t receive a confirmation) and was told my order was being processed. 10 days go by still no order arrival, called again, was assured order was processed. Same story at days 20, 24 and 35. Order was processing for 25 days. Called again and asked to cancel my order as it had been processing for 25 days. Was told that they can’t cancel orders once they are processed (which is 12 hours from when I place an order). File a complaint with PayPal for items not received. Day 50, I get a shipping confirmation item originating from China (I was told this was US based and hence 5-7 days shipping). Received order on day 60. Items are too small. Contacted customer service to process return. Customer service asks me to send several pictures so I did. After customer service receives the pictures the response: sorry, we only accept returns for damaged merchandise but if you send us an extra $49 for each, we’ll send you your actual size. Scam artists! Report Clubgiv LLC to your Attorney General’s office as a fraudulent entity! They are NOT a true US company rather, scammers from China preying on US consumers online.

The clothes were directly shipped out of China (terrible sweatshops run on modern slavery) and took about a month to be delivered. Once I received the clothes I realised they were actually SHEIN clothes. Terrible quality and wrong size. I emailed them and they agreed to refund me the money for the clothing item. I sent back the product, still have not received a refund. I have sent them a number of emails and they keep responding saying that it is with their refund team and will be processed shortly.

Not a legitimate company. Have zero stock in US. Everything is shipped from China when you place an order. I doubt they own anything. Just contacts in China to put on some logos on generic clothing and ship them. It took 1.5 months to receive a jacket that I ordered. Way over priced.

Got sweatshirt from them and got a SHEIN stuff! Wrong size, wrong color, returned it after a loooong “process” because of them! They received it back and never gave my money back! Keep saying they are escalating my case for over 3 months! Total scammers!

Stay away! Lost over $100! Sent me SHEIN stuff, “wrong” size, wrong color! Took over a moth! Shipped it back, never got my money back! They keep saying they are “Escalating” my case for over 2 months! Stay away!
They only answer emails on weekends when they do! They operate from a house! Just save your money and stay away!
They erase all the bad comments con their Instagram account si people don’t read it!
Order in September! It’s December and no money!

Ordered from this company on 10/21/21 for a Christmas gift. To date no package and no refund. Everytime I've emailed regarding an update I was always given the run around and told the item was still processing. Should not take that long for an order or to process a refund for a lack of delivering the order. This company is a scam. Lost almost $100! Right before the holidays.
