Attempted to purchase advertised product through Facebook. Received a shipping confirmation approx 5 days. 45 days since then, the shipping status remains "shipment information received/your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." I have reached out to the company twice with no response (once through the contact link on their website, and once by emailing directly).
