Cloeinc advertises on Facebook and thinking it would be reputable from ads on FB I ordered 4 t-shirts. A month and a half later I finally received product. Bad quality and although all the shirts were same brand and size, one was really almost 2 sizes larger. Customer service stated they would do nothing until I sent them pictures, upon doing so they offered to give 10-15% off of t shirt. The argument in email went back and forth regarding and I can get nothing for a product that was portrayed as quality. Had I been aware the product shipped from China, although Cloeinc hails a Hong Kong address, I would never have purchased as I had a similar run in experience. I can not even get Customer service to answer an email and I have a string of emails where I have attempted to get a refund. This kind of shady business shouldn't be allowed to market and sell with following a few common business practices
