I placed an order for approx $37 on December 30, 2024 and when I followed up with the customer service through email they sent a tracking number and status from a website called track678, which has about 970 negative reviews stating that it’s a fake scam site used by scammers, which I just looked up and found out. The status for the package said that it was “delivered” on January 15, 2025, which is the day that I contacted the customer service to follow up on the delivery status, after coming from China, even though the companies warehouse says that it’s based in Las Vegas. I have home security cameras and no one came to my home that day and no package was delivered.
The customer service in a follow up email said that they do not pay for carriers that take photos to verify successful delivery of packages because it’s expensive, but that the carriers they use are reputable.
They said that they are going to send out a replacement order on January 20, 2025. When I did not receive that order by February 23, I contacted customer service and they provided another fake tracking site status number and it showed “delivered” on Feb 23rd, 2025. Again, nothing was delivered and no one approached my home.
I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and they refunded the money.
I once again contacted customer service and told them that I will be filing a complaint to ScamPulse.com along with Meta about their fraudulent activities. I do not know if they collect payment and contact information and sell the data to spammers as I have been receiving multiple spam calls and emails ever since using their website.
