I reached out to T AND T CLEANING ON THUMBTACK. Their picture is an older black woman, but it’s actually a male who is conducting the business. He promised me that can provide services such as steam cleaning the carpets, steam cleaning the couch, and deep cleaning the rest of the house. Come to find out he scammed myself and the cleaner. The cleaner (who was clearly a young girl) was hired the day before services and she was told to purchase cleaning products. She arrived at our house at 10:30 not knowing the guy said two people would show up at 9. She didn’t know the expectations of what she needed to clean at all and never has cleaned before. We finally realized he was doing a bait and switch when he started to say that the carpet cleaners wouldn’t possible show and if they didn’t show she would just vacuum the couch. After we cancelled the services he still tried to gaslight us to say she completed a lot more than what she did and was here longer than she was and demanded for us to pay an unreasonable amount for what she did. After he found out the info we knew he texted her calling her dumb from a completely different phone number. The cleaner and ourselves are willing to share more information. We are also worried now as he has our address.

Ms Cecilia Marie Prats Details cleaning Specialist LLC and Mr Antonio Lorenzo García are involved in a scamming operation by collecting money from clients and not finishing or starting the jobs. They are hired for. We notified Ms.Prats of what was going on on 01/09/2023 by certified mail and we also spoke with her on the phone on 01/13/2023. She claimed that she didn’t know anything about what Mr.Antonio Garcia was doing with her vehicle and company reputation ( scamming people by collecting payment for jobs they both have not intention of Starting or finishing) she also said she was one of his victims as well and she promise that she will immediately take her vehicle away from Mr.Antonio Lorenzo Garcia. Again we give her the benefit of the doubt, but we ask ourself, Who in the right mind will lend someone used her personal vehicle with her tag and all her information to an individual who she claim she barely knows ? As she fully understands this person does not have a valid driving license to be operating a vehicle in the first place. That was really strange and that is why we decided to keep investigating the relationship between these two individuals. ( Mr Garcia and Ms Prats ) After 3 consecutive days of monitoring this vehicle (2011 Honda Pilot Van) used to commit these actions under the name of (Ms Prats and driven by Mr Antonio Garcia) the vehicle still in ( Mr Antonio Lorenzo Gracia’s) possession is what makes us to believe Ms Prats was/is always fully aware and served as an accomplice with Mr.Garcías Actions. I ask this agency to fully investigate Ms.Prats and her business as soon as possible to stop Mr.Lorenzo and Ms.Prats of defrauding hard working citizens like me and protect these communities from this type of individuals to prevent more people from becoming victims and help my family to recover our $2000 USD work deposi
