CLAYFLAME - SCAMMERS

I ordered two "Elegant Christmas Wreaths" on sale for which I paid $118.66. The package took one month to arrive and the postage label showed it being mailed from El Monte, California. The two wreaths were squashed into the bag too small to accommodate both wreaths and both were made of plastic and not representative of what was advertised. Long story short, they offered to refund me 30% which I refused and asked for their address to mail back the product for a full refund. I was given an address in Bangladesh to return the items for a full refund. Needless to say the cost of postage makes it insane to return the items. So I'm out of $100+ dealing with some thieves.

I ordered a wreath from this company. I checked out where it was being shipped from and saw they were in Georgia. I figured I would have it pretty quickly. With further research, I noticed they were an international company (out of China), although they claim they are in Ireland and so I contacted them via email. I told them to cancel my order. I explained that I did not want the wreath afterall and found out that the website is very misleading. For over a week I went back and forth with LISA and due to the time change, we had over 7 emails back and forth, asking me the same question over and over. I told her I already have answered these questions. The final email came today, 9 days later and she said unfortunately she can't cancel the order, it has already shipped. I will not accept it when it arrives. This company is out of China I believe, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This is Fraud ! They offered to refund 10% of my money ! I refused !
