My husband purchased an Aloha Sport Single ride Folding Motorcycle trailer from this company online and paid for it with his debit card. The charge took place in Feb 28th. The person used a company called: gosq.com NY, which is a device you plug into your phone to take someone’s card number. We have begun a fraudulent case with our bank account but do not want anyone else getting ripped off the way we have by these guys. They won’t comment on their site and have a foreign phone number. It is +44 7723 100 034.

Asked where they ship from was told out of the USA, purchased the product, contacted them later on about ETA of delivery and was told 1/26/24 nothing has been received, contacted many times via Facebook messenger no answer (SP WHITE ROSE CLASSY)

This scammer is using the address of a business called Agri-business Supply Co., which according to Yelp is now closed. This company has a Facebook page called classy store, where some of their information is. I have tracked them to other parts of the US by looking up fake addresses of already owned business, such as a business is Wyoming.

I ordered a concept 2 bike erg from an online website called classy jacket. After I ordered the bike I waited for 2 weeks to receive an email of order confirmation, tracking number, or anything relevant to the order. I tried reaching out, but the only way to communicate with the store was through Facebook messenger. I reached out on July 14th and they answered me on July 15th saying they received my order and it would take 8-10 business days to be shipped. This was after waiting an initial 2 weeks. I used after pay, a payment installment company, to pay for the product because it was the only option I had to purchase the bike. I figured out I was scammed with the never reached back out to me after I tried messaging them numerous times since July 15th and have received nothing. I then did some research and saw that they had scammed others as well on Amazon at after reading reviews from customers. I learned that they have several different names. I bought the bike on classykackets.com, but Classy Store was the name of the Facebook messenger profile. I tried looking up the company again and could not find them anywhere on the internet. I saw that my order number from Afterpay showed that the name the company used to work with Afterpay and receive money was called Upangs. I looked up Upangs online and saw that it was a picture of a house in Pensacola with no information other than the address and phone number. Afterpay has been unwilling to work with me to get my money back. I have told them time and time again I have been trying to reach the merchant and I receive nothing back, but they refuse to refund my money until I reach the merchant and ask for a refund.

I have resolved the issue with afterpay and I am now focusing on finding the scammers.

I ordered a 9x9 wood cabin at $989 after verifying the price via their chatbox texts that the reason for such a cheap prices was because they are running a sale on that item. So, I placed an order on line on 6/25/2023, but I had to give my date of birth to pay the first installment payment via Afterpay, their only way to accept payments.

As the delivery date closes in, I emailed to their [email protected] to inquire about the delivery ETAon 7/02. I didn't get their response. So, I submitted my inquiries on their website on 7/04. No response. I had to cancel my order #58929 this morning on 7/07(via email, but no way if they received it as they NEVER respond.) and disputed the $247 already charged to my credit card, and changed my account to prevent their charges.

There is no way to contact their customer service as their only way is their international phone number. This is horrible experience with a British company.

BBB, please do not allow this company to deceive American consumers.
