I lost my baby of 11 yrs due to a health issue. I found a puppy on this site that looked just like my baby girl. I was so excited and and anxious. I sent the $800 then the next day sent email saying she was held in Louisiana for a crate issue, I sent another $730 and then was supposedly held again by animal control in Arkansas for several different issues another $1120! Of course I sent the money because I was overwhelmed with excitement and felt bad this puppy was stuck in an airport! Now I can’t get a hold of them 😭😭😭! Please do not use this website!

I purchased two dogs from them and kept receiving emails for more money. This is a major SCAM truly working out of Cameroon. They are telling me that the dogs are in Florida but I have to come up with another $800. I even told them I would drive to Orlando to get them but wouldn’t give me the address of the “Agency “ holding them hostage. I told Henry Ngwa that they Sophie Chloe Southby are committing Animal Cruelty! I also have their banking information and correct address in Cameroon!

They took my money and stop texting me then asked for an extra $500 for a cage and will send money back in 5 days

Picked out a puppy and tried to purchase but when it came to payment they only offered "zelle" which would transfer money from your bank account to them and no assurance you would ever see the puppy. This is definitely a scam!

I was going to purchase a puppy and I spoke to a guy named Aaron. They got me for $1200. I reported them to the BBB and FBI internet crimes. Do the same. The address I had was in TX.

I placed an order through their website and then payed through zelle after all of this, they stopped replying to me and completely went cold

I sent this company money for a dog after signing a contract. The guy tried to keep getting money from me for all these extra things the dog will need for travel. After I express my concerns he went cold and stop responding. Looking back there were red flags. I also made a complaint online with the FBI internet crimes.

Yes, same thing here. The red flags were there but my excitement for the dog had me overlook my judgement. SMH. I also reported to the FBI internet crimes and BBB.
