We gave Nolan a deposit of $800 to supply and install railings and posts and an additional $455 to supply and install pickets. This was 6 months ago and I haven't seen him supply and install anything. He stated he was going through medical issues causing the delay video chatting with him at the hospital to prove his statement and at times would come to the house (with no material) limping and showing how unfit he was to perform the task. He's made many false promises that he would drop the material off but never comes through. At times we can't get in contact with him for weeks; not answering his phone, or not responding to text messages or not returning phone calls. He simply disappears until we complain to a contractor friend who knows him and actually referred us to him. He gives him ****, and then he'll call me making more promises that he never follows through with. He comes across as a nice guy, but he's a scammer and simply plays you like a fool. Not reliable or trustworthy. I've asked for my money back several times but of course, he ignores my plea and does not respond. Please help find this crook. He goes by Nolan, but I believe his full name is Nolan Victor Allen Moar.
