we Hired this man to unclog our drain. he "found" many problems which he charged us $7,000.00 to fix. He has not done any work but has been paid for this work. He tore up my ADA bathroom so I am having to use my other one. I am disabled so now at a risk for fall every time I use it. MY husband and I are both elderly and disabled. He cut down half of our palm tree and left it in the yard, which we had to pay someone else to remove the tree. He put a used door on our back door and the lock does not work properly, putting us at risk. He said there was a main water leak out front and charged us to fix it. there was no water leak. he said the piping under the kitchen sink need replaced and sprayed some stuff for mold. the sprayed for termites (he said) but there were no termites. Being disabled we were not able to check on these things. so he has taken advantage of us.
