Odered clothing on 9/07/23 from site on facebook, company claimed to be in California. order processed and money was withdrawn promptly, was sent tracking info. On 10/11/23 was told order was delivered not true. I reported they claimed to have resent the order with another tracking number. Was also told it was delivered on 11/17/23 not true. Was offered 50% refund i declined. Told them i wanted all of my money back. Was told there was a problem with the banks, and that they needed my paypal info, i declined to give it so now they are saying it will take over 20 days to get money back. They will not provide the delivery company info.
