Type of a scam Online Purchase
After I made my order Chicsall immediately sent me a confirmed purchase receipt via email. It took about another three weeks for them to send me a tracking number for my order. That’s when I learned that my package was coming from Hun, China.
They used a shipping and tracking service called Track17. It took another 3-4 weeks before the tracking number said delivered.
My package was never delivered and the Track17 tracking number didn’t come up in the USPS system. USPS told me to contact Chicsall to see if they had a USPS tracking number for my order.
I contacted Chicsall and advised them about the situation and they gave me a USPS tracking number. I gave the USPS tracking number to the postal service and they told me the tracking number belonged to someone else, had a different address, and the package weighed only 2 ounces. My order should’ve been 5 pairs of cowboy boots.
I then told me I scammed and I should make report.
